SHIPPING POLICIES:
All Shipping Rates are for standard ground delivery by USPS or Canada Post. We also have options for UPS, USPS or other select carriers.  All shipments are currently fulfilled from our Exshaw, Alberta, Canada office, so please allow 5-10 business days shipping time.

For Canadian orders please allow for 5-10 business days.  Please allow for at least 10 to 14 business days shipping time for U.S. and International orders.

We do not ship to multiple addresses. You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.

Above shipping rates apply to Retail Orders Only. Please inquire directly to Cedar Soap Solutions for shipping rates for Wholesales Orders.

Cedar Soap Solutions DOES NOT currently offer Overnight Delivery or 2nd Day Delivery for any of its products.

Cedar Soap Solutions only ships orders Monday thru Friday and DOES NOT ship orders on National Holidays.

For any retail orders over $1,000 please contact Cedar Soap Solutions directly for shipping rates.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
 
We do accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been accepted and processed by our e-commerce store if the changes and cancellations are received within 24 hours. If you have a question about your order or a cancellation to your order, please contact us by completing the CONTACT US form on our site and provide us your name and order number.

We do not offer refunds. We are not able to accept returns as we cannot resell them. However, we are happy to work with you to help you find the right solution for your problem. We just ask you to pay shipping costs. Our customer service team will assist you as we are committed to finding a product that works for you.

There is no doubt our stuff works!
 However, everyone’s body and home are a little different.  We have a disclaimer on our products and website that some people may have sensitivities.  We have some testimonies of people who love our product and have found amazing ways to use it. Please check our FAQ page for troubleshooting answers to help you with and issues or use the CONTACT US form on our site.

Please note we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt or freeze in transit. Also, keep in mind that it is best to store our products in a neutral temperature environment and out of direct sunlight.
